Low / Medium Priority = Standard Rate 

 Scheduled Service - M-F 8am-5pm

- $140.00 per hour / 2hr min

- $80.00 trip fee for locations within 30 miles

 

High Priority = 24 Hour Response or 
 
After Hours Rate = M-F 5pm-8am

- 1 and ½ times the standard hourly rate  / 2hr min

- $80.00 trip fee for locations within 30 miles

 

Urgent Priority = Same Day Response or
 Weekends & Holidays

- Two times the standard hourly rate  / 4hr min

- $80.00 trip fee for locations within 30 miles

Trip Fee is accrued per hour if beyond initial 1 hour minimum.

Remote Support is billed at a 1 hour minimum at the chosen rate.

Payment Terms are Net 30 Days from the time it is invoiced.
iS3 does not agree to "paid when paid" by a customer / 3rd party for Service work.
