New Service Ticket 

  1. - Go to https://is3tech.com/service
    - Click the orange "?" widget at the bottom right of the screen  or scroll down to orange "Submit a Service Request" button to open the form
    - User requesting service will need to fill out the following form fields:

    1. Contact Name - Main contact email for service request and billing.  Typically the person submitting the ticket.
      Rep Phone # - The phone # of the person submitting the ticket.  Cell or direct # is advised
      WO / PO / SO / Warranty Job # Reference -  Work Order, Purchase Order, Sales Order, or iS3 job # referring to warranty coverage (if expected to be warranty, not providing this job reference # with your ticket request could result in billable service)

    2. Site Name and Address - Please provide name of site and full address.  Used for tech's GPS

    3. Site Contact Name - If same as rep/you, can type "same" or copy/paste

    4. Site Contact Phone 

    5. Site Contact Email 

    6. Priority – Determines rate of response and labor price

              Service Requested – Scope of work or brief description of the issue or request

                Additional Info - Optional

               Not to Exceed $ Amount - If amount is expected to be exceed, this will be stated and decided prior to limit

                Take Screenshot / Upload Files - Attach applicable files or images

Click the Submit Ticket/Create button at the bottom to submit the ticket


An iS3 Service Rep will reply to your ticket within an hour if submitted during regular business hours.
